Project Manager & Internal Subject Matter Expert for certification and all things social impact.
Collaborated closely with co-founders and upper management to implement high-level changes, define the impact roadmap, and position the company as a socially responsible brand internally and externally.
Achievements:
Certification Oversight: Successfully managed the final stages of the B Corp certification process, ensuring all criteria were met and maintained.
Strategic Planning: Crafted and executed a comprehensive launch strategy for the B Corp certification, integrating it into the company’s core operations.
Internal Trainings: Designed and conducted two company-wide training sessions to embed sustainability and social responsibility into the brand’s core ethos.
Policy Implementation: Developed and implemented new company policies that aligned with B Corp standards, working towards future ease of recertification process.
Website Revamp: Led a major overhaul of the company’s impact page on the website, enhancing transparency and showcasing the company’s commitment to social impact through various partnerships and initiatives.
Multi-Channel Launch: Coordinated the launch of the B Corp certification across multiple channels, including the company website, social media, and press outlets.
Press Engagement: Collaborated with media outlets to ensure accurate and favorable coverage of the B Corp certification, enhancing the company's public image as a leader in social responsibility.
Marc Jacobs Beauty x Pride
Role:
Acted as project manager from concept through to final planning and execution, tracking timelines and ensuring objective alignment.
Achievements:
End result was a high visibility campaign close to founder, Marc Jacobs, heart as part of the LGBTQ+ community, and his own wedding was featured as part of the campaign.
Conducted a worldwide casting call to find LGBTQ couples getting married.
Organized filming of the selected couples' weddings as part of the campaign .
Provided makeup services for the LGBTQ couples on their wedding days.
Delivered a meaningful campaign celebrating LGBTQ love and weddings while promoting Marc Jacobs Beauty.
